2008 Comprehensive Study of EA Professionals

This is a comprehensive survey of over 3,000 EA professionals to identify critical tasks performed by these professionals. Study results were intended to facilitate the continued development and improvement of the Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) credentialing exam sponsored by the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).
